SURVIVAL SPOTTING SCOPES

Few of us would consider a Spotting Scope to be a necessary piece of Survival gear, but having a Spotting Scope available (providing you have the room) can come in very handy in a Survival situation.

A good Spotting Scope will allow you to view "the situation" ... whatever that may be ... at extreme distances, and with stunning clarity. Attempting to hold high-power binoculars steady enough to be effective is almost impossible. A Spotting Scope will give you a rock solid view of what you're looking at and could make all the difference in the world in a Survival situation.
