SHORT TERM SURVIVAL KITS

In addition to your long term Survival Kit, you should have a short term Survival Kit that can be kept in your car (or where-ever.) The odds that you'll be near your long term Survival Kit if/when the SHTF is probably less than 50%. You should give serious consideration to procuring a short term Survival Kit that will give you a chance to get to your main Survival Kit.
