RADIOS - TWO WAY RADIOS

Communication will likely be a major problem during a national catastrophe. You'll need to know what's going on, and you'll have to stay in contact with those in your group. That means an Emergency Radio and a good set of Two Way Radios.

Without knowing what's happening, you're going to be challenged to make intelligent decisions, and not being able to contact members of your survival group will tend to make the situation needlessly more intense. An Emergency Radio and especially Two Way Radios have limitations, which may be exacerbated by the situation, so purchasing the Best is definitely to your advantage.

NOTE: Almost all Two Way Radios have stated ranges of 20-35 miles, our tests indicate a more realistic range is 1 to 5 miles. (Still adequate for survival communications.)
